We purchased the Basic Home Inspection for a home on which we recently made a cash offer. We were able to schedule the inspection only 3 days after calling. At Home Inspections was was very responsive--they answered the phone every time we phoned, even on the weekend. Emails were promptly returned. The inspector was on time, courteous and professional. The inspection appears to be well done and thorough. The online report was available to us just a couple of hours after the inspection.
